Sales Manager | Full-Time


Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Pay Rate: Competitive base salary plus sales commission

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Learn, understand, and lead the Wegner Automotive sales process
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from potential and existing customers
  • Answer questions regarding product details and recommend products based on customers' applications
  • Have a deep understanding of products and applications (product training provided)
  • Update and record sales information
  • Willingness to travel to shows and events

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field
  • Sales experience 2+ years

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Microsoft Suite 
  • QuickBooks (preferred)
  • Automotive Knowledge in LS and LT engines (required)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Efficient and organized with time management
